Mailing Lists
Currently their are at least three seperate English language mailing lists
dedicated to running Linux on Toshiba laptops on specific model ranges. However
due to the high level of common components and features in Toshiba laptops the
same problems are frequently gone over seperately in each list.
One of these mailing lists is being run by Toshiba Computer Engineering
Corp. in Japan which covers all the models manufactured by Toshiba. I firmly
believe that it is in everyones best interest to have one common discussion
point where a larger body of experience with running Toshiba laptops under
Linux can be pooled. I would therefore urge users to subscribe to the mailing
list run by Toshiba.
